Nicely written. I’m a native son of Oakland, child of the 80s and a fellow So Cal transplant.

We all want change sometimes, the change we wish for doesn’t happen for instance, a truly integrated Oakland, and San Francisco without the monster price tag.

Thank you for putting a spotlight on my hometown.
