It is this writer’s sincere wish when people say it, they mean it, and strong belief social capital is a priceless aspect of society. The term considered a modern use of phrase, originates to the Victorian age. It was a sociological observation by European and American writers expressing the excitement about public conversation on contemporary issues, from globalization, women’s suffrage, industrialization and the rapid evolution of technology. Fast forward one hundred years, what’s old is new again.
Social capital is a vital component of the laborious work to make positive changes. The phrase is part of the intangibles of the science risk management.
